She
settles in Montreal (Canada) and in 1987 RCA releases her
second single play with the songs "Ebo-Ebo"
and "Njinguele Mbassy". ANYZETTE goes
on a promotion tour across the USA and Canada. She is also
invited to participate in several major TV-shows in Quebec
, such as "Ad lib" with Jean-Pierre Coalliers,
"L'été show" with Jean-Pierre
Ferland, Pierre Marcotte and "Echo vedettes"
with Chantal Joly.
ANYZETTE
appears in concert at the "Rising Sun" in Montreal
accompanied by the famous guitarist Albert Collins. In 1989,
Radio Canada dedicates a one hour video to her for the "Nord-sud"
TV-program.
In
1990 ANYZETTE decides to step back and write new songs.
At the end of 1991 she is back in Europe, at first in Basel
(Switzerland) and since 1995, in Geneva.
"Radio
Suisse Romande" gives her a one hour interview, during
which she announces the preparation of her new album. In November
95 she is invited to sing at the "Song Tage"
festival in Bern. In May 1996 ANYZETTE sings as a second
part to a Miriam Makeba concert at the "Afro-Pfingsten
Festival 96" in Winterthur. A few months later, on
July 11th 96, she brings her support to the "Hunger
Project" and sings at the United Nations in Geneva during
the announcement ceremony of the "Hunger project"
award winner for 1996. She then appears at the Montreux Jazz-off
Festival on 14th and 19th of July,
followed by the "Blu Notti Blues" Festival
in Montecalvo (Italy). She finally gives 3 concerts at the
"Chat Noir" in Geneva from 16th
to 19th October.
Except
for her participation - for the second consecutive year -
at the Montreux "Jazz-off Festival", ANYZETTE spends
most of 97 preparing her new album, which is released in October
98.
